I wish I could write something happy. But, as usual, my bipolar depression has me feeling empty and lifeless. I have managed to avoid SI at least. Mental illness consumes me...
They say I’m getting better. Probably because it makes them feel better. If I’m better then why do I hardly leave the house? Why do I still cry at nothing? Why the confusion and panic at simple everyday tasks? I’m not better. I’m just a cut away from the hospital.
